Haunted Woods

2023 will be our 29th annual "Haunted Woods" fundraising event — featuring our famous Haunted Trail, as well as costume contests, a dance party, games and food! This year we plan to create a new Haunted House and expand our No Scare Zone offering for the younger guests (the Haunted Trail is recommended for ages 13+) by introducing the new "Enchanted Woods"! We are so pleased to be able to continually expand and improve this event as donations from Haunted Woods provide a majority of the funds each year that we use to help maintain the park.

The event takes about 200 volunteers and months of planning to have a successful event. With the addition of new areas this year, up to 300 VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! Planning and work days are already underway to make this event the best yet! We are looking for sponsors and volunteers for scare zones, the Enchanted Woods, set-up and clean-up, food service, planning, event support, and more!
 

Interested in volunteering? Please complete the volunteer application below, due by October 11, 2023. Instructions for individuals, groups, and groups with minors are included in the application. Once accepted, we will connect you with the Haunted Woods planning committee to find you the perfect spot! Meetings will be held at 7PM in the Rec Hall near Parking Lot #3 on September 28th and October 3rd, 11th and 19th. Group leaders must attend at least one meeting.
